Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order is between 3-5 business days.
Estimated delivery times
North America: 3-5 business days
International: 1-3 weeks
Once the parcel has left my hands, any lost or stolen articles as well as delays are out of my control. Insurance coverage for up to $100 is included with tracked orders by Canada Post for any loss that may occur and this will be honoured for any issues on behalf of the postal service. If you would like to purchase additional coverage for a larger order, please contact me to arrange this option.
Returns
Conditions of return
I will gladly accept returns. Dispatch items back within 7 days of delivery with tracking provided. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customs and Wholesale
Customs are available and taken on an individual basis depending on concept/supply availability. Customs must be paid in full before any work is started, approval photos will be sent upon completion before shipping.
